While the seams are fully-taped and they are as waterproof as most people will ever require, they do not have welded seams like dry bags and are not intended to be fully submerged for periods of time. This waterproof fabric is comprised of coated high-tenacity polyester triple ripstop bonded to PET film with 45 degree Ultra CrossPly (UHMWPE) fibers inside for increased tear resistance.
